- 04Concrete100mm minimum of 25 MPa, screeded to the fall so water runs off clean.

How much does a new driveway or slab cost?
It comes down to the size of the area, the site itself and the finish you choose. Rather than guess, we come out and measure it up, then give you a fixed price in writing. The quote is free, and the number we write down is the number you pay. No hourly surprises.
How long does the job take?
Most residential jobs run over a few days: prep and formwork, the pour, then the finish and site clean-up. We give you a clear timeline at the quote and keep you posted as the job moves, so you always know what is happening and when.
When can I walk or drive on new concrete?
Fresh concrete needs time to cure and gain strength. As a general guide you can usually walk on it after about a day, and you keep vehicles off for several more days while it hardens. We will give you the exact times for your slab on the day of the pour so nothing gets rushed.
What actually goes under the concrete?
A slab is only as good as what it sits on. Every job includes a compacted crushed-rock base, steel mesh reinforcement, the correct depth of concrete and a fall graded so water runs off clean. It is the part you never see that stops the cracking and pooling later on.
What finishes can I choose from?
Broom, exposed aggregate or coloured concrete. We will walk you through the options at the quote so the finish suits the house and the way you will actually use the space.
